Mohd Irwan Mohd Mansor graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons.) from Multimedia University and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Anglia Ruskin University, UK.
He joined Malakoff Corporation Berhad in 2021 as Head of Commercial & Strategy, Solar Department, and was appointed Head of the Solar Department and Head of Malakoff Radiance Sdn. Bhd. in 2024.
Prior to joining Malakoff, he held various roles across the energy and investment sectors, including Head of Finance at Jimah Energy Ventures, Associate Director at MP Capital Advisory, and key positions at Lembaga Tabung Haji and UEM Group. He brings over 20 years of experience in business development, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, project development, and strategic planning across diverse sectors, including FMCG, information technology, property development, as well as thermal and renewable energy encompassing solar, wind and battery storage solutions.
