Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to support the monitoring, evaluation, and strategic development of our overseas assets and investment projects. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, due diligence, and compliance monitoring to ensure optimal asset performance and alignment with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor operational and financial performance of overseas assets.

Collect, analyze, and consolidate monthly and quarterly reports from international projects.

Assist in evaluating new projects, including market research, competitor analysis, and partnership opportunities.

Monitor the safety, environmental, operational, and technical performance of overseas projects to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and contractual obligations.

Support technical and financial due diligence for international investment opportunities, including feasibility studies and risk assessments.

Assist in preparing investment proposals, internal reports, board papers, and documentation required for internal approvals.

Conduct benchmarking, compile data, and support financial model inputs and scenario planning.

Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Technical, etc.) to facilitate successful execution of international projects.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to investments, contracts, project timelines, and decisions.

Follow up on action items with overseas representatives to ensure alignment with HQ goals and timelines.
Job Requirements:
Formal Education:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited university/college.
Work Experience:

Minimum 4 years of working experience in a relevant industry, including power and/or water plant operations & maintenance or related activities.

Proven ability to conduct research and industry analysis to support strategic goals.

Moderate knowledge in contract management and asset management.

Basic understanding of finance, accounting, and economics.
