We are seeking a dedicated Senior Executive, Procurement to join our dynamic team in supporting reliable plant operations through efficient and cost-effective procurement strategies.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Executive in Procurement, you will:

Plan and execute procurement of materials and services with the best commercial terms and technical compliance to support operational and project activities.

Conduct procurement with a focus on cost savings and adherence to approved budgets.

Initiate procurement activities for both immediate needs and long-term planning objectives.

Continuously source and develop competitive suppliers to enhance procurement value.

Perform price analysis, market surveys, and monitor pricing trends to support cost reduction initiatives.

Ensure compliance with Group Procurement Policies, Procedures, and Limits of Authority.

Guide and support end-users in understanding procurement procedures and requirements.

Lead commercial negotiations, including E-Auctions, to achieve optimal results for the company.

Review and evaluate quotations/tender proposals and prepare award recommendations.

Promote a strong culture of integrity throughout all procurement activities.
What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Certificate in Quantity Surveying, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related fields. Certification from International Purchasing and Supply Chain Management Institute (or equivalent) is an added advantage.

Experience:

5–7 years in procurement, material management, or supply chain—preferably within the power, utility, oil & gas, or engineering sectors.

Strong background in purchasing, strategic planning, contract management, logistics, and supplier management.

Additional experience in inventory and warehouse management is a plus.

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).

Experienced with SAP Material Management module or similar systems.

Knowledgeable in contract law, commercial terms, and power plant O&M operations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
