Muscat City Desalination Company ("MCDC") is an Oman-based company, which develops, owns and operates the Al Ghubrah Independent Water Plant, a Sea Water Reverse Osmosis ("SWRO") desalination plant. The Company is also engaged in the sales of desalinated water to Oman Power and Water Procurement Company ("OPWP").

Malakoff Oman Desalination Company Limited (“MODC”) is 100% owned by Malakoff International Limited ("MIL"), which in turn is wholly owned by Malakoff Corporation Berhad (“Malakoff”).
