On 7 December 2018, Malakoff Corporation Berhad received an appreciation award in conjunction with the National Institute of Occupational Health and Safety (NIOSH) Silver Jubilee celebration held at Avenue Garden Hotel, Bangi. The award was presented in recognition of Malakoff’s continuous support to NIOSH and for promoting a safe and healthy environment at the workplace.

The award was presented by the Human Resources Minister, YB Tuan M. Kulasegaran to En Mohd Shokri Daud, Senior Vice President, Local Generation Division, who received it on Malakoff’s behalf.

Also present at the award presentation was NIOSH Chairman Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye.

Other award recipients that received similar award included, among others, Petronas, Shell, TNB and UEM.
