Tanjung Bin O&M Berhad ("TBOMB") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Malakoff Power Berhad ("M Power"), with the main office located in KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur. It was incorporated in Malaysia under the Act on July 16, 2012 under the name of Sterling Asia Sdn. Bhd. and was converted into a public company on November 7, 2012. On December 24, 2012 the Company assumed its present name. The nature of TBOMB business is to conduct Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of power plants and commenced its business on October 18, 2012.
