Malakoff Power Berhad (909003-H) (“MPB”), a subsidiary of Malakoff Corporation Berhad (731568-V) (“MCB”) invites companies with therelevant experience and financial capabilities to participate in the Tender exercise for Vessel Trimming, Mooring and Un-Mooring Services at the Coal Unloading Jetty (CUJ) and the New Coal Unloading Jetty (NCUJ) at Tanjung Bin Power Plant and Tanjung Bin Energy Power Plant as stated below:

Key Mandatory Requirements
General Scope:
To supply and operate mobile equipment with the provision of operator and provision of vessel trimming, mooring & un-mooring services at the Coal Unloading Jetty (CUJ) & the New Coal Unloading Jetty (NCUJ) for Tanjung Bin Power Plant and Tanjung Bin Energy Power Plant.
Expected Mobile Equipment Quantity: 6 units (Wheel Loader)
Expected Manpower Quantity: 2 supervisors, 12 wheel loaders’ operator & 28 trimming personnel.
Mandatory Requirements of the Tender:
Possess adequate financial capability and a minimum of two (2) years experience in vessel trimming services for bulk material at a Bulk Material Handling port.
No disputes with MPB and/or MCB (including its subsidiaries, holding companies and/or affiliate companies)
Registered company with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).
REMARKS: THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ABOVE IS INDICATIVE IN NATURE AND PROVIDED AS A GUIDE TO ASSIST THE TENDERER IN ITS PARTICIPATION IN THIS TENDER OPPORTUNITY WITH MPB. DETAILED REQUIREMENTS OF THE TENDER ARE AVAILABLE IN THE TENDER DOCUMENT. MPB HEREBY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ISSUE OR REFUSE TO ISSUE THE TENDER DOCUMENT TO ANY COMPANY/INDIVIDUAL AS MPB DEEMS FIT.

Tenderers are advised to limit the attendance for the Tender Briefing up to a maximum of two (2) personnel only. Please ensure that the right personnel participate in the Tender Briefing.
Attendance to the Tender Briefing is COMPULSORY and failure to attend the Tender Briefing may cause Tenderer’s submission to be disqualified.
Tenderers are required to bring along a COVID-19 self-test kit and conduct the test at the main entrance of the Power Plant. Our security personnel will witness the test process at the guard house.
