Dato’ Mohd Naim Daruwish, was appointed to the Board of the Company as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director on 29 April 2021. He is also a member of the Board Risk and Investment Committee and Board Procurement Committee.
Dato’ Mohd Naim holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB), Universiti Malaya.
He started his career in the Judiciary and Legal Services as a Magistrate from 1985 to 1992. He joined Employees Provident Fund (“EPF”) in 1992 and held several positions, including as Head of the Enforcement Department, the Legal Department, and the Contribution Department. He was seconded to the Companies Commission of Malaysia as Chief Executive Officer from December 2011 to September 2014. He later resumed his service with EPF as Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Operations), a position he held from 1 October 2014 until his retirement on 16 October 2021.
