Please read through our Vendor Registration Guide before proceeding to register as our vendor. The Vendor Registration Application Process is as below:
- Vendor to submit company details (company name, email address, person-in-charge) to Vendor Management (VM) at [email protected]
- VM will create User ID and Password for vendor.
- User ID, Password and link for registration will be sent to the email given.Vendor can access the link and follow steps in the Vendor Registration Guide to complete registration.
- Malakoff Group Procurement will review the information provided by vendor.
- Vendors that are successful in the process will be notified via email.

Vendor to update Malakoff’s Vendor Management Team at v[email protected] from time to time should there be any update in Vendor’s registration details with Malakoff and/or change of email address for RFQ/RFP/Tender issuance purpose.
