Dato’ Mohamad Razif began his career in the public sector as an Assistant Secretary (Finance) at the Ministry of Land and Cooperative Development in 1995. He further extended his successful career in the public sector, holding various strategic positions in several ministries. He was appointed as the Deputy Secretary General (Energy) at the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources (KETSA), a position he held until his retirement in February 2025. In terms of leadership experience, Dato’ Mohamad Razif served as the Interim Chairman of the Energy Commission Malaysia. He was also a Commission Member of the Energy Commission Malaysia and a Director of MyPower Corporation, the Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC), and other statutory bodies.
