Dato' Mohd Nazrul Izam bin Mansor, aged 51, a Malaysian, was appointed as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Malakoff Corporation Berhad on 12 March 2026.
Dato’ Nazrul brings over 27 years of professional experience spanning finance, governance and corporate leadership across government-linked companies, public listed entities and private organisations.
He currently serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer of MMC Corporation Berhad. Prior to this, Dato’ Nazrul held several senior leadership positions including Group Chief Executive Officer of FGV Holdings Berhad and Group Chief Executive Officer of FELCRA Berhad, where he led large and complex organisations through significant transformation and operational improvements.
Throughout his leadership tenure, he has championed Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives, strengthening governance frameworks, enhancing responsible sourcing and traceability practices, and improving operational productivity across extensive plantation assets while uplifting rural and smallholder communities nationwide.
He has also led complex remediation and stakeholder engagement initiatives, reinforcing transparency and ethical business practices while aligning operations with global sustainability benchmarks, demonstrating that commercial resilience and social responsibility can progress hand in hand.
