Lionel Fok holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University and an MBA in Strategic Project Management from the Paris Graduate School of Management. He also holds a Practicing Certificate as a Registered Energy Manager (Type 1).
He joined Malakoff Utilities Sdn. Bhd. in 2018 as Head of Company and was subsequently appointed Head of Malakoff Technical Solutions Sdn. Bhd. in 2023. In his current role, he leads the development and execution of Operation & Maintenance, Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul, and Technical Training services, while also overseeing power plant project management initiatives.
He brings over 20 years of experience in the power plant industry, having worked with Independent Power Producers and Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning contractors.
