- Executing procurement for supplies, services, consultancy, and project-related requirements in line with approved processes and timelines
- Driving cost optimisation initiatives across procurement categories through negotiations and e-Auction strategies
- Developing and maintaining procurement plans, including PR/PO tracking and reporting, aligned with business needs
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders such as users, requestors, and approving authorities to align sourcing strategies
- Supporting vendor sourcing efforts by contributing market intelligence, due diligence, and performance feedback to Vendor Management
- Preparing detailed quotation and tender evaluations, including price tabulation and commercial analysis to support award recommendations
- Ensuring full compliance with procurement governance, including Limit of Authority (LOA), policies, and procedures
- Promoting ethical procurement practices in line with Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) requirements
- Supervising and guiding team members or peers on procurement processes and best practices
- Supporting organisational initiatives such as business continuity, HSSE, and sustainability programmes
- Analysing procurement data and market trends to support informed decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related discipline
- Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain (preferably in project-based or technical industries)
- Strong negotiation skills with proven experience in cost optimisation initiatives
- Good understanding of procurement governance, policies, and compliance frameworks
- Experience in vendor management and tendering processes
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
This role is not for someone who just processes purchase orders. You need to be commercially sharp, comfortable pushing back on vendors, and able to influence internal stakeholders. If you can drive savings without compromising quality or compliance, you’ll stand out immediately.
